Are you or do you know of anyone who has been diagnosed with a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), coronary heart disease, stroke, cancer or a person living with cystic fibrosis? The Long Term Conditions & Macmillan Service provide a free and confidential income maximisation and money advice service to Glasgow citizens who have a long term health condition.
The service that can help you with:

- Money Management
- Benefits Advice
- Housing Issues Advice
Our team of advisers will provide you with:
- Expert financial and benefits advice
- Help with the benefit claim process
- Help appealing against any refusal of benefit
- Help with housing issues, to ensure that your home is not at risk
- Help with your finances by offering advice and work on your behalf with your creditors
We can arrange a visit to you at the hospital you are a patient of or at home.
